how did you put her …
how did you put her into trance so quickly? Is there something that you do before? Is there some special power that you have?
I thought it takes about 20 or 30 minutes to get to a good hypnosis state. Is she a better subject than most other people?
I need to know more!
And the quality of the picture should be improved, it’s kind of dark and fuzzy.

Hypnosis can work to help you quit smoking but I am assuming that waking up at 2 am is a side effect or it is all in your head.

There are methods similar to hypnosis that target the subconscious mind that are less expensive and better to use than hypnosis as indicated in the press release below

Below is a link to a hypnosis forum I use: You should be able to find a good hypnotherapist there. Personally I think there are better alternatives to hypnosis as indicated in the press release
