This is an audio presented in a video format. It contains several soundtracks to help attain deep relaxation (these tracks will only work with head phones – on a speaker then won’t sound as good). The picture is just there as a placeholder. You can focus on the image if you like but you will probably relax deeper with your eyes closed. It contains affirmations and suggestions for weight loss for you to focus on. Adjust the volume to a comfortable level, relax and enjoy!
