  1. alanden Said,

    You are absolutely …
You are absolutely correct. One must want to quit, and decide to quit. That is the only thing that will make you quit.

My hypnotherapy & NLP programs can help to make it easy to quit and stay quit by reducing or eliminating the cravings, compulsions, stress, and anxiety.

  2. motion2000 Said,

    Nothing will work …
Nothing will work for someone who doesent truely want to quit, or is not ready to quit.. When you are ready, the the easy way will work.. Once you do quit just remember, you can never smoke again.. Because one is too many and a million is never enough.. Its an endless cycle.. youl feel like crap for a few days, and then its all will power after that.. If you dont quit, you will end up going through the same effects of pheening for a cig every time you want a ciggerette.

  3. alanden Said,

    This is an …
This is an educational video, NOT a therapeutic video. It is here to teach you something, NOT to do something to you. So the video didn’t fail, you failed.

You need to learn to accept responsibility for your own actions my friend.

  4. brightsideoflife64 Said,

    good idea! life’s …
good idea! life’s too short anyway to shorten it any further.

  5. InVain345 Said,

    Ahahah :D
    I was …

    Ahahah :D
I was thinking the same as I read your comment

  6. a7xalterbridgerock Said,

idk.. i can go all …
idk.. i can go all day without a smoke without really trying. but as soon as i dont have anything to do.. i go and grab one. i just get bored i guess.

  7. chri5784 Said,

    No joke… I think …
No joke… I think the same thing all the time.

  8. alanden Said,

    I use an NLP …
I use an NLP technique called the Flash to break up associations. It works instantly.

  9. dominik13579 Said,

    damn, when i’m …
damn, when i’m thinking of the sunset I picture myself lying on the beach with a cigerette in my hand… no joke.
How can I get rid of this association?
    It comes automatic…

  10. homer30 Said,

    I agree 90% of the …
I agree 90% of the struggle to overcome smoking is mental, 10% is physical.

  11. SVKmellow Said,

    you don’t need will …
you don’t need will power. you needed will power to start smoking, because it’s disgusting and stupid :) to quit you actually just need to understand that:
    1. you aren’t losing anything
    2. you will be happier without the cigarets
    3. you are a drug addict and any mourning or feelings of loss are just withdrawal pangs
    4. you don’t have to do anything to feel better, just don’t smoke

  12. alanden Said,

Yes, it is mainly a …
Yes, it is mainly a mental thing. But you don’t need willpower. You can eliminate the cravings and tension that causes them with hypnosis.

  13. despaircenter Said,

    yeah, true
    yeah, true

  14. despaircenter Said,

    my cousin says, …
my cousin says, addiction is a mental thing… or somehting, but yeah, u just need will power!

  15. alanden Said,

Fags is a term some …
is a term some people use for cigarettes.

  16. lipov3anu Said,

    1950tony: please …
1950tony: please explain what “fags” is. I don`t know what this word means :(

  17. Gr1ndStep Said,

    for me its boredom …
for me its boredom too. summer is when its the worst.

  18. 1950tony Said,

    Listen to what this …
Listen to what this guy is saying its so simple but so true. once you get sick it will be two late, so do it now, just remember one thing, you are putting poison into your mouth, tell yourself this is senseless and stupid, you are a complete mug, too because you are paying to poison yourself, put your used in a glass jar, for one month, then open the jar and smell what really are, and see the thick tar you are putting in your body, then read the book, and it will be easy to stop.

  19. alanden Said,

    Actually, you hare …
Actually, you hare 1/2 correct. It has a lot to do with distracting yourself and nothing to do with willpower (the ability to struggle through).

  20. zombiekid16 Said,

    Its all about will …
Its all about will power and distracting yourself from thinking of it ;)

  21. 66SiK Said,

    I agree with you …
I agree with you 100%. To stop smoking at work is nearly impossible. It became a reward system or a way too cool off. I’m trying to quit as I’m writing this at work, so yeah, I’m fiendin’ right now and eating sunflower seeds. hahaha

  22. huso20 Said,

    id say most people …
id say most people smoke cause they are stressed at work or at home..so in order to quit you need to lower the stress level first..

  23. umai30 Said,

    hehe. make sense :)
hehe. make sense :) man. i got this one big problem. when i hang with my friends, majority of them smoking. and i was like “urgh, i want to smoking too”. that is my big problem. oh sure. i’ll watch all chapters. maybe you’ll explain everything that i need. thanks :)

  24. alanden Said,

    You say that you …
You say that you had to “try” – and that’s the problem: When we “try” we get the opposite, and the harder we try – the more we get the opposite. It’s the law of reversed effect in action.

Instead of trying, how about taking inspired action? In other words, learn how to communicate with your unconscious and negotiate with it to automatically take away the stress and the cravings.

I suggest that you watch all 5 chapters of this video so that you’ll understand how all of this can help you.

  25. alanden Said,

I agree that it is …
I agree that it is possible to succeed, but I disagree that “only a good wish can help you.”

90% of the smoking addiction is mental.

Hypnotherapy and NLP are methods of getting in touch with the unconscious, which is the part of your mind that is responsible for the mental part of the addiction.

I suggest that you view all 5 chapters of this video for a complete explanation of how these modalities can help.

The purpose of this series is to educate – NOT provide hypnotherapy.
