    I !!don’t!! suggest any one try to quit the way I did,but on the contrary check it out. I’m 21 and seriously didn’t think I could. I threw cigarettes away after smokin the first one,I tried cold turkey,gum,and never could do it. I had a love hate relationship with them leaning more towards the hate.I picked up a can of chew tobacco for just about 3 weeks went through 4 cans then quickly kicked that that. Now im free of all of it. lol problem is you almost get addicted to the chew.
