Clinical Hypnotist Steve B. N. demonstrates his copyrighted 2010 technique for sleeping disorders.
Many people take sleeping pills and other aids to simply fall asleep. Steve has created a hypnotic technique to replace these toxic pills with a simple piece of paper.
This subject has given Steve permission to show this session in order to help people see how valuable hypnosis is for taking care of so many disorders.
Special thanks to her for her open mindedness and caring ways.
Please comment. I always love to hear your thoughts.

Week 9: Clinical Hypnotherapy pt 2 of 3
In further adaptation to a new fitness lifestyle, I will attempt to demystify Clinical Hypnotherapy, and explain why it can be a very helpful tool. If you are facing an addiction or other obstacle now is the time to take control of it. We begin by understanding our own psychology a little better, and understanding what we need to do to overpower our obstacles.
Why hypnosis? I have a degree in Psychology and am also a certified hypnotist with the Hypnosis Motivation Institute of Tarzana, California, the country’s premier college of clinical Hypnotherapy and Neurolinguistic Programming. I can tell you that there is much to hypnosis the average person doesn’t realize. So it’s important to clear up a few misconceptions about this effective treatment modality.
My goal is to give you the tools you need to take control and make your healthful lifestyle a reality!
For example, the gym is not such a mysterious place any more, is it! You take to it like a fish to water by now, don’t you!
As always I’m available for email queries at atlas33@gmail.com.

Suggestibility testing is explained by Steve G. Jones, clinical hypnotherapist. The traditional lemon test is used to demonstrate the power of words and to give you a hypnotic hypnosis pre-qualifying test which determines suggestibility. This test was done in a informal setting while having fun. This demonstrates that you can use this test in numerous informal settings.
