My name is Sally Adams. I teach 3rd grade and my husband and I live in Norfolk, Virginia. My excess weight used to make me feel older than my years, to the point that I lost my enthusiasm for life. I tried dieting, but diets and weight-loss programs only made me focus on what I couldn’t have. Then I found Positive Changes. I lost 85 lbs. in 6 months and now I’m lighter than I ever thought I would be! It wasn’t difficult. In fact, it was the most relaxing thing I’ve ever done.
